Disclaimer & Calibration Requirements
Please note that we do not perform electrical repairs, mechanical repairs, or component replacements. Our services are limited exclusively to the recalibration of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) components and related systems.
To ensure accurate calibration results and efficient turnaround times for all parties involved, vehicles must be properly prepared before a calibration appointment is scheduled.
Pre-Calibration Requirements
Prior to our arrival, the following conditions must be met:
- Any required chassis or frame alignment must be completed and properly documented for insured vehicles.
- Vehicle ride height must be restored to the manufacturer’s factory specifications.
- The vehicle must be fully assembled, with all electrical, mechanical, and suspension repairs completed.
- All ADAS-related components, sensors, cameras, radars, and associated systems must be properly installed and functioning.
- Certain vehicle manufacturers require a full fuel tank before calibration can be performed. This helps ensure correct ride height and allows the calibration process to be completed accurately according to manufacturer specifications.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays, incomplete calibrations, additional service charges, or the need to reschedule the appointment.
