Joe – Founder & Master Technician
Joe started turning wrenches in his grandfather's garage before he could see over the hood. That early training turned into a career as a dual ASE and GM Certified Master Technician. He has diagnosed and repaired thousands of vehicles across every major brand. For ADAS calibration, that means he understands exactly how each sensor talks to the rest of the car. He does not just run a script. He verifies every alignment against factory data.
Kat – Manager & Warranty Administrator
Kat grew up helping her father in his shop and turned that foundation into twenty years of service management. She has held senior advisor roles and managed warranty administration for GM, Isuzu, and Kia. That experience matters because insurance companies and dealers demand perfect paperwork. Kat ensures every calibration report from WeAreADAS includes the right timestamps, measurements, and manufacturer references. No claim gets rejected over missing documentation.
